‘no place like my room’ is a messy diary of feeling, processing change and delusion. this project would not exist if i knew how to express my emotions. lyrics written by others forced me to acknowledge my unrequited feelings towards other people. i documented the small things in my life from august 2023– february 2024, only inspired by those i felt strongly for whether they hurt me or i wanted to impress them.

i accepted my feelings would never change so i ended the project.
